2. Payment Protocols
Project payments are structured in milestones. Commencement requires an initial deposit, and final deployment is subject to full settlement of the agreed quote.
3. Client Obligations
Timely delivery depends on your cooperation. Clients must provide necessary brand assets, content, and credentials (hosting/domain) in a reasonable timeframe.
4. Revisions & Scope
We include standard revision cycles. Requesting features outside the initial agreement (Scope Creep) may result in adjustments to the timeline and pricing.
5. Intellectual Ownership
Upon 100% payment completion, the full source code and ownership rights are transferred to the client, allowing you total control over your digital asset.
6. Liability Limitation
Ravi Web Solutions is not liable for business losses resulting from third-party server downtimes, API changes (Meta/Google), or client-side mismanagement.
